About Wordplay

Creating a community of writers through safe and welcoming spaces where writers are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop their craft.

We meet to give feedback on our writing, to have some short practice exercises, give each other support, have fun and leave inspired to write some more.

We get together on the second weekend of every month, on Saturdays in Caldas da Rainha and on Sundays in Tomar, from 11.00 to 14.00 in both places.

We also hold regular open mic events in Caldas da Rainha for writers to share their work with a supportive audience.

Wordplay is accessible to everyone, whatever your level as a writer. There is no registration and no need to book a place. Feel free to join us sometime. See our events page for details.
